what do you mean by "rough shift"?

The only thing I've noticed is when pressing the clutch it makes a bit of a clunk sometimes, and now the pedal squeeks, needs some lube.

You can feel the transmission kick the stick back into your hand when leaving first, sometimes accompanied by a noise.

Yeah I have been experiencing that as well, usualy a "pop". I think I will get the dealer to look at it when I change my oil next.
