sagging part...is it broke?

Ok, this may be the stupidest question yet...but-i was walking up to my car after work, and from aways away, saw a part that was sagging down a bit underneath the car...it would be on the left hand side...when facing the car..anyways, i got underneath it, and it looks like a plastic peice that is shielding other stuff...anyways, part of it isn't attached fully or something..but it just looks wrong...like its missing a part to secure it all...can you all look under your car and let me know? id post a pic, but i dont have a digi cam..thanks!

Are all of the little push in clips in it still, and are they still attached?

The plastic peice is your splash Guard and there is most likely a missing bolt/push pin.All you need to do is get another one if its completely missing and put it back on.You will be able to see where it clips on at because there will be an obvious mark or hole where it was.Its nothing major to worry about. just make sure the missin clip gets replaced. If you are unsure then take it to the dealership to get it replaced. It should be under warranty. But if not then it shouldnt be more than $12-$20 to get it done.

I cracked both of my plastic shields when I went over a concrete parking stop (don't ask me about it, really bad day this monday was...)
Big deal, it goes in for accident repairs in a week or 2, maybe they will assume it was from the accident...

Better hope it does.. If not they arent to expensive to replace and arent all that necessary.. Its just there to keep water from slpashing up inside the engine bay and to protect your engine from Curbs and other Parking hazards.. lol

Mine has the same problem. Hmmmm, do you think Mitsu left something out, like bolt or clip? But when I had my muffler installed I took a look at while it was up on the rack and I don't think a bolt or clip was missing. Could be a design flaw.
