Ebay Help!!!

i emailed him first and asked him for explanations for all his negatives and he and i verified it, got all his negatives for lost money in the mail. he responded to emails before i even bid in a heartbeat, now he wont reply

UPDATE:
ok i FINALLY got an email from him and he said that he had already sent it out and he would give me a tracking number either later that day or the next. BTW he NEVER apologized. Well this email that i got was last friday and its now next friday(almost anyway) and still nothing. So i decided to call ups and fedex and ask them to help me out since i was being screwed and had my money basically stolen. They were more than happy to help and i gave them all his info and my info and nothing had been shipped from or to that address within the last 30. So what do i do now guys? Do i let paypall know along with my cc company and the police in his area. Please help guys. Is it even remotely possible for him to send it regular mail? HELP

sorry about the paypal comment in my previous post, i completely forgot i paid with cc(cashiers check). Yes i only use paypal. But i did get the cashiers check with my credit card so i will let them know. I tried calling them and they were closed(duh). I forgot to mention, i told him if its a big deal i can have people come get my money or part from him if he wants and he told me not to threaten him(lol, not that i did, but why would i do such a thing
