I don't know much about powder coating... but I figure it would be nearly as expensive as doing the whole valve cover, since the part needs to be removed anyway...

If I remember correctly, an electric current needs to be applied to only the part to be coated. So it might just make a small difference in price to get only the logo done instead of the whole cover... since most of the cost is in the handling of the part.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong though...

if you have a local shop that does it it probably would cost you no more than 50 I would say.. dont quote me though!
