Less than a year and on 4th battery
get rid of the alarm system and get a trunk monkey.... www.trunkmonkeyad.com
i would go with the alarm system is draining your battery, who did the install on it? i would take it back to them and have them go over it again. If it was you that installed it go back threw and disconect it at the main power wire and drive your car for a few days and see if it kills the battery if so then you know what the problem is.
My battery will die if I dont start it up in a month. I have a compustar alarm and Im guessing that is draining the power. I got a jumpstart from a friend, and I accidently blew the battery fuse when I tapped the ground to the power on accident. Anyways, because I blew a fuse, and the car wouldnt stay started when I pull off the charging clips, the car would shutdown. I took the battery to a shop a block away and got me a replacement, and I really didnt need one! I got some help here and figured out it was the damn fuse that prevented the alternator from charging the battery.

parasitic amperage draw would be my guess, and the most likely possibility would be aftermarket equipment, ie, the alarm.
if you have a dvom available to you, try to run some tests for draws, and also voltage drops from batter post to cable, starter current draw, etc.... most of that shouldnt be a factor on a new car but you can run a bunch of quick tests to isolate the problem.
