Front License Plate Holder

Well here's just a heads up for all of you who are interested in the Evo 8 front license plate holder. I guess there are a good number of people who have them but don't use them in the south-western states, and are lookin' to sell around 25 shipped... Or so those are the offers i've been recieving. I put up a WTB post in the classefieds and 3 came back lookin' for 25 shipped... I'll post a link up for the forum in a second... And no i don't know how to mount them other than by drilling just yet... I'm working on it though, i have a old RA bumper i can use as a test pilot.

Did u have to do any kinds of mod to the plate holder for it to fit? does the plate actually fit nicely on the stock bumper?

It fits the curviture of the bumper perfectly.

I only got the black plastic piece for mine. I went to Lowes and bought a 2 foot length strip of metal with the holes in it. Cut two 6inch pieces and bent them into L shaped brackets. I put a piece of double sided tape on both brackets and stuck it to the underside of the bumper. Put 2 screws on each side on the underside. Then put a bolt through the license plate, plastic piece, and through the L bracket and put a nut on it.
