Black RalliArt, Norfolk Naval Base. No driver parked, looked stock.

 

i saw a white RA with the the bug gaurd on the hood at the mall in arlington jan. 25th at about 10:30...first Ra i've seen besides mine!

 

I work at Norfolk Naval and i drive silver RA

 

Saw a yellow OZ(02-03) yesterday forget the name of the street(behind the cherry hill mall) where the Chubb Institute is. Around 4:00 pm

I also see(quite often) a yellow oz(02-03) driving on 73 South right before 295 ramp. Usually around 3:40 pm...I'm on my way home from work.

Saw another yellow lancer last night around 8:15 or so. Right by Rt. 38, on the circle by the liquor store(forget the name)...turned into a strip of stores(Wawa, pizza place,etc). I saw it from a distance so I couldn't tell too much. Did noticed an Evo spoiler, looked as if it was on a CF trunk.

Yellow ralliart going Rt.73 N. Looks like getting off the Rt. 38 exit. It was around 9:15-9:30 pm.
