Rim shipping

Hey does anyone know how to calculate shipping costs to ship our rims and how much is costs to ship out our stock rims? I tried on ups's webiste and they said 123 a wheel. Does that sound right? Please help

No way that's right. Tirerack.com shipped me 4 wheels w/rubber on them for under $50.

From what I'm finding on UPS, it should cost around $40 to ship (22 lb. package is about $10 to ship, so 4 of those....)

when I tried it- i did the dimensions sizes and everything. Also I looking for the price with rubber also. I just measured the rims, and put in the dimensions and 25 lbs and it gave me that? any idea on how to do it?

i think i get so much because the size of the box. The dimensions I have are 2.5' for length and width and 2' for hieght. I am doing this right?

Sounds a little high but it you wont get tireracks discount. Companies who ship a lot of packages get deep discounts. I tried to ship a Ford bed extender to PN and it cost me like 100 and that was the cheapest. Best way to get quote is go to UPS store or any mail shipping store.

it would be aorunf 20-25 per rims with tire....i shipped a 90lbs subbox with subs in them and it cost me~100...hope that helps...but yea rims usualy 25 per rim

I think the problem with rims is oversize product which is 4 different packages. Go to a mailing place and see how much for each package then be like what if it was all one package. If it is cheaper then go get some tape shrink wrap whaterver and make 1 custom package.

Strap them down on a pallet and ship through a freight company. I've shipped engines for less than what Oops quoted you for a wheel/tire.
