I think I'd be interested - not 100% though. Is it just me or is 100 bucks too much to ask for painted? 45 bucks for the eyelids, 55 for it to be painted? How much would it cost roughly if I ordered them for 45 and got them painted here?

Check out what Dupli-Color has that will match your paint. They also make a clear coat. A couple of small cans would run you about 7 or 8 bucks. There is also this:

The paint alone shot from a professional HVLP gun at a quart or less would be $66 USD ~, that doesnt include the labor and the markups that a body shop would charge, Granted you can paint from a spray can but from experience the paint match is subpar and fades fast. Our clearcoat protects against fading for over 5 yrs. $100 USD is a good deal the Pearl White guys as well as the Cool Silver members have already taken advantage.
How we are able to offer it at a great price is because we are able to spray the eyelids in batch.. that is why the offer at GB is to the benefit of all.
