i know my dad's mercedes has a rpm/volume control...if you have the radio up to 30 at 80mph, and slow down to 15mph, the volume decreases to about 15.

There are a total of 5 intermittent speeds. They break down like this when car is stopped from slowest setting to fastest.
1) 16sec between start of each cycle (speed does NOT effect this setting)
2) 16sec between start of each cycle (12sec while driving)
3) 9sec between start of each cycle (6sec while driving)
4) 3sec between start of each cycle (2sec while driving)
5) 1sec between start of each cycle (0sec while driving)
Setting 5 in intermittent mode while driving is same speed as LOW.
Damn I have too much time on my hands!!!
