ok, I think the holes are pretty in the same place, but I found why it won't fit!!! The hinge or whatever you call it(not so technical here) in RA's is in the middle and in evos is more on the side, can you see it?? But anyways, we can just cut it!!! hahahaha!!!

i test fit a carbon fiber one to my car. The holes for the grill inster plugs are in different places, and the hood latch area needs to me modified for it to fit. the radiator supports are in te exact same place. it just seems to be a matter of trimming and that to get it to fit.
