i've only done my upper grills so far. bought mesh, cut it to fit. used door edge protector's from auto parts store(w/out sticky stuff) to put around the edge for protection. used small black zip to fix into place. can't see them unless you are looking for them.

I did my grill using aluminum gutter gaurd. Its light and strong. Painted the whole thing gloss black and it looks fantastic. A grand total of $22 US to do the job. Just better have a dremel tool or another way of cutting plastic. Took me all of a sunday afternoon.

I also made a ralliart emblem for the grill. It looks legit.

yea those grills arent that great lookin and theyre too expensive..

i bought my own gutter mesh this past weekend at home depot. it was like$8 and came ina roll.... i havent started it yet because i just finished that headlight mod...

my only problem is finding a thunder grey paint match... idk if the dealership sells it in a spray can?!! i need it for those plastic peices you put the mesh behind. i was also thinking of screwing the mesh into the bumper on the bottom part and supergluing it on the top... whatever works right?!!

I went with gloss black, it looks great and is cheap. Make sure you get a 2 part epoxy to attatch the grill with. The big trick is cutting out the horrid plastic louvers
