My feet are cold!

I just got my Ralli//Art last week. It only has 450 miles on it and the heat won't blow on my feet. Although I'm ashamed to say, I did have an ES before this and the same thing happened. Has this happened to anyone else? And what about all the noises under the hood? I thought new cars were supposed to run quiet. If someone could put my mind to ease I'd appreciate it.

I've only redlined it once. And it was an accident. I've been trying really hard to keep it under 4000 rpm until it's broken in.

the vents in the ra have manual closing switches on them im not sure if the vents on the floor do too but i know my ra had all the vents closed on the dash a simple flick of the switch cured that and as for the noise under the hood i've sold hundreds of ra's and a few of them have slightly different engine sounds to them our mechanics check each one out and they say the timing belt is the culprit but the cars are all properly timed and all is running as it should so check the floor vents for switches hope this helps

I have an appointment to take it in for service. I was told that on most cars there is a spring on the door for the vents and sometimes that spring comes loose and that won't let the door open. Either way I'm gonna take it in and let them check everything out.
