A turbo RA at, what, 240ish HP, FWD, versus a '93-96ish Z28 RWD (LT1 5.7 making 270ish HP) would get hurt, an LS1 ('97-01 or whenever the hell it was they stopped making the 4th gens) at around 300 or so HP (...not to mention the Ram Air II t/a's which put down more then that) would get hurt more.

As far as I know, mitsubishimanny is the only person with a turbo ralliart on the boards, you should ask him.

My previous car, a '98 Formula (same as T/A and Z28 basically) ran 13.4@105 completely bone stock right down to the paper filter - gonna need a bit more that some simple "bolt ons" to hang with those cars . 2002 versions of the same car, although rated the same hp-wise (320) were significantly stronger - a buddy with a bone stock '02 T/A ran 13.2@109mph.

Just the facts!

Damn! I didn't think they were THAT quick. I always see MILFS and rednecks driving those cars.

Well that's what they're capable of...and even some MILF's and rednecks can "drive" 'em that way too LOL!

my mom has a firehawk. fast as hell and its only 5 hp more then the ram air (ws6) they weight a lot I beleive but they get up and go stomp all over mustangs. we had the car up to 150 and it had a lot left in it. I myself have never been in a turbo'd car though. I think that would be a lot more exciting them my moms car.
