We ran into the electrical daemon issues with water down the driver side kick panel with moisture getting down into the harness connectors(here is the link to the issue from other members over the years.

now I was able to get everything working EXCEPT. now when I turn the ignition on the DRIVER SIDE TAILIGHT is on. but not the passenger. it remains on albeit a tad dimmer when I turn the lights on. any help on this would be appreciated. I spent a few hours going through the wires and cannot figure out what I did.
