Don't mess up your P/S Pump

Powersteering pumps are on National backorder...w00t i got the last OEM one in the country... my cousin (who works in the body shop were my car is getting fixed.... told me) so ... don't F*** them up... or you'll be waiting like 2-3 weeks

Holding the steering wheel in full lock for longer than they need (you know how the sound changes, it's bad for the pump if you hold it there). Or if you run it with no fluid.

Very true captain, actually I've heard of certain cars having the pump blow up for that reason (holding over) I always hit the end then bring it back so it's not making that noise.

Yes Grasshopper, you know my ways, medians, and of course powersteering pumps, do not agree when you try to have them mate at 25-35 miles an hour... they just... mash.

Exactly what I do. Turn it full, then back off a tiny bit, that's all it takes.
