Evo owner praises RA!

the other day me and a buddy of mine met up with his friend who has an 03 Evo..i let him try out the car since we were cruisin around in my car...i let him drive the car through some twisties and all i got was some real good compliments..he said he likes the low end torque on the car, how it handles the way the car drives..felt really good having an evo guy complimenting the RA's..he also told me that if i had a front and rear sway bar with some coilovers he said the car will be really good on the track..but he said power wise and handling wise he gives it 2 thumbs up...anyway just wanted to let u all know..oh by the way..keep in mind that this guy has 2 racing licenses and a lot of experience with road racing.

That's cool to hear, especially with him having his own Evo and being a licensed racer.

Would those mods only help with street racing or would they also help drag performance? I'm asking because I was thinking of going out to Illinois to drag race my car in July. I'd like to have it drag ready as much as possible by then. Within my budget of course.

That's what I figured but it never hurts to ask, especially when you don't really know much like me.

The bars and coilovers will probably help with wheel hop in your launch, and help keep things down while you're going down the strip, but the real benefits will be seen on the road race circuit or the autocross.

Props to Evo owner though.
