judge wont rule in favor of you over the state because their wasnt a sign. rule is, if any traffic signs are non functional at any intersection, treat it like a 4-way stop. i know because during the hurricanes, almost every stoplight was out for 40 miles for about a week =)

either way, good luck with it. it could have been worse

410 for a ralliart? how old are you? just a question. not to be insulting but you either have to be young or have a bad record. or possibly both hey you never know. sorry sucks about the car

That's what State Farm told me. Pretty much a lost cause. I've been driving with them for 12+ years with no claims, so he said my premium will not go up! I got free towing, free car rental, and a $500 deductable. As soon as they approve work, I'm going to try and get a CF hood like everyone has mentioned!!! It must be cheaper than a painted OEM hood?!

Herez some picz. The Diamonte is my rental. The last pic is my car just 1 day before.

easy fix

Sorry about your car man but it looks like a easy fix. I have worked on worse as long as most of your crunch points are saved the fenders will bolt back up with as less stretching as possible. Hope it works out

Actually doesn't look bad, looks like the airbags didn't go off, that's good

Those lights are VERY EXPENSIVE. Trust me, I know. Parts for the RA in general are very expensive. Mine looked fixable, but insurance totalled it. Yours looks like a relatively easy fix and not so bad. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Side note: 20 mph and the airbags didn't go off? My second collision after I started hydroplaning sent me head first into the median at over 50 mph and no deployment either. Anyone else have an accident where the bags should have gone off? Something to think about, anyway.
