Greetings everyone. I require some feedback regarding Accolade. Basically I ordered a pair of Eyelids for my 04 Ralliart on January 31, 2005 from Accolade. Suffice to say I have yet to recieve anything from them. I have included my email exchange with their sales guy below. To summarize I placed the order on Jan 31. One month later I emailed them asking when I can expect delivery and I was told that it had been mailed out and it takes 2-6 weeks to ship to Canada. 2 months later I emailed them again because I had not recieved the parts yet and I was told that my order was NOT mailed out and that they would get my order out via priority mail in 4-6 days. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have not recieved the parts yet. Yes it is not a great deal of money but I am worried that I might never get anything from them. Has anyone else had any such problems with them? How long did you have to wait to recieve your parts? Thanks.

yeah they arent very good with shipping took me a few months but i emailed every week they ended up losing my mailing address and ****

 

i ordered from them a front bumper ... they shipped really fast around 2 - 3 weeks i think.... and the product arrived in perfect condition... hope you'll be able to resolve this with them...

 

First of all, never rely on a company that has no phone number you can reach. And if you have been on this board for some time now you can see that they arent very organized and have jipped many people of their money (not including some of the guys who havent posted about their experiences) Secondly, you are about the 50th person ive heard get screwed over by them. Im sorry you got screwed over, it disappoints me to see people spend their money and companies not even send them the product.

 

From what i've read from everyone that has experience w/ Accolade here's the conclussion I've come too. Its hit or miss with them. If they're quick they're really quick. If they screw up they screw up bad!!! I ordered eyelids from them and I receieved them within two weeks. But your the third or fourth guy I've heard of that has had a experience like this with them.

Ultimately, its this kinda of unreliability that will cost them business. Well, that and the fact that they're kits just don't fit USDM product well. Sad really.

 

That is unfortunate. I thought one of the reasons for this delay maybe because of me being in Canada but since you got your order in 2 weeks I guess thats not the problem. I'm glad I didn't order anything that was really expensive atleast.

 

PaulH, They still owe me a CF hood and a body kit... And that was about 7 months ago.

 

I would seek a refund, leave the appropriate feedback on the personal sales rating, then take your business elsewhere.

 

I know of at least two people they promised free products too and they never delivered I know better than to buy from them.

That sucks man. I should have checked here before I ordered my parts. Regardless I might wait a few more weeks and order the CF eyelids from you guys. I just wasn't sure what it would look like on a red car with no other CF parts.

 

can always paint them red. just lighly sand down the cf, us a good primer and away we go....plus they would be lighter
