I've checked the car with some light. It looks like i'll be able to just buff most of it out. I guess I should have wrote the post after I chilled. Sorry if I offended anyone. I didn't actualy call her a b**** to her face, just the way it came out in the forum. My bad. Later
I totally understand you getting upset. Yea...we know sh*t happens but when sh*t happens and people either won't admit it is their fault when it is obvious it is OR when they even try to put the blame on you, that sh*t gets one totally upset. I don't think you are over-reacting at all. Especially the fact that she dare to say she didn't hit you, when in fact she did. So how is she not a b*tch???? Everyone makes mistakes, YES.......but when one makes a mistake and don't admit it then there is a problem. I am very forgiving when one makes a mistake and admits it.....but not when they try to put the blame on you.

Everyone makes mistakes.. i've made them, professional racers make them, it's inevitable.. mistakes happen, if you dont' make one, you're bound to be in an accident when someone else makes the mistake...
If that makes any sense at all.. yea.. that's the way i see it. I've made three mistakes, been in 4 accidents 3/4 were my fault, all my my mistakes were single car accidents with no one injured. The one that i wasn't faulted for was when a lady didn't stop for a stop sign and T-boned me. She admitted to it, everything went alright. Took the body shop a month and a half though...

That's the problem with people in our society today. Everyone wants to F the next guy up. It's like the one guy said, everyone makes mistakes. I'm sure you'd be mad if you made an actual mistake and was sorry for it, but before you could get anything out of your mouth the guy has already jumped out his car and is bashing the f*ck out of yours with a bat, all the while screaming obsceneties.
I got in an accident with my Dad's car when I was 16. It was totally my fault. I was checking out some girl walking on the sidewalk and didn't notice that the SUV in front of me had stopped. I knew I was wrong and I felt real bad. There was only a couple scratches on his truck but I had crippled my Dad's hood. The guy was cool about it. I would have been scared out my pants if he would have been a dick. But there was no need for all that, because I was scared and appologetic enough as it was.

I've been known to have a long fuse, but being a huge bomb. Takes awhile to ignite, but once i'm pissed, i'm pretty nasty. Most of the time, i'm content with imagining all that crap. I just imagine myself smashing the fluck out of the guy's car, then I smile and calm down

All of these responses have a good point. To keep calm and resolve the situation in a calm matter. But. I'm not about to be calm when someone hits my car when she totaly saw me. Plus, later deny it when she is confronted. I mean there are black marks off of her black car on my car and she has the nerve to say that she didn't hit me. C'mon. Like most of you said we all make mistakes, but you don't make a mistake and blame it on someone else. Just 0.02 more cents from me

yes, i was in the bahama's and our tour guide completely destroyed a brand new BMW Z3....
They got out, exchanged info, he apologized, they shook hands.
Only in America do you fear getting in an accident with a bigger guy.... because you can't just say i'm sorry.
