ATTN: Sp0rk or RA's with evo FMLP holder...
Ok, I just got my evo FMLP in the mail today and im having trouble attaching my LP to the frame, is there a special way it's done? Can somebody show me? I already know how to attach it to my car.
P.S. Need help fast, in cali it's against the law to have no front plate and I almost got pulled over infront of my house
Thanks.

I saw sp0rk's car in person and looked at how he mounted it. Looks like he used a couple of 'L' brackets, drilled a couple of holes, and some J-B Weld. I didn't notice how that plate was attached to the frame though.
JB welds? I was gonna drill myself, but drilling into FB = crack. How's it gonna hold withut a nut?
sp0rk, I don't think ill be able to make it to your house tommorow, can you PM me pics of it upclose and the items you used? I can take it from there and mount it myself than...

yes, actually its the OEM evolution side mount bumper plate. It's the same plate bracket the evo use. I bought it from an MR owner here. I looked at my friends evo and took pics, but i deleted the pics and my friend sold his evo for a titan... now im stuck
This may sound silly, but you could ask your dealership to put it on. Many dealerships will offer to mount plates for old ladies for free. Or just visit the dealership and look at another Evo.
called my dealer already, the parts guy said he couldn't mount it because the evo and ralliart bumpers are different. Ive seen quite a few evo's around these past few days, it's just to wierd going up to one and saying "hey, can I see your mounted LP and bumper real quick"?
I also made a post in the "evo forums", but nobody replied
