I bought the Greddy Counterwieght for my '06 RA, it fits fine. It will fit a large majority of import cars.

Okay, I get it... you mean the leather shift knob from the base Evo, not the aluminum one.

Yea, i got the leather Evo knob with my ralliart too, but it weighs like an ounce. I bought the counterweight cause its heavier. The REAL evo shift knob isnt leather, its aluminum(silver or blue)

Yeah, that's the one I'm thinking of when we're talking about the EVO shift knob...

Not really, some of them come with the Evo aluminum knob already. Even the aluminum knobs are still really light. You're better off with something with a little weight to it.

I could get the EVO shift knob and add a 5lbs lead weight to it, how about that?

Seriously though, I have no problem with the weight of the shift knob... but I would really like one that looks better than the basic leather knob. That's what I had in the Integra too, so I'm quite bored with them...

Sounds great, but ur arms will prob fall asleep. Try 2 1/2 pounds first just in case.

Oh, didn't I mention I entered for the Mr. Universe contest? I did say enter though...

But seriously, what's the difference in feel between a weighted knob and a the regular thing?

More weight = more solid feel (shifting) IMO. Ive heard a lot of other people say the same.
