shift knob question (real quick)

The evo and ralliart can use the same shiftknobs correct? my friend just bought a ralliart, and its his birthday so id like to get him a greddy counterweight. Should the counterweight fit on his car?

I was under the impression that shift knobs where universal, but maybe that is just the cheap ones. I would assume it will fit regardless since the short shifter kits will fit on evo and RA

There are different thread patterns out there. The "universal" ones don't actually screw onto your shifter. They slide over it then use a set screw to stay put. Very cheap.

i know this is old.. and post people know.. but in case someone is still wondering...

STOCK for stock.. shift knobs are identical. W ehad a used EVO in our inventory with no shift knob, and after i got my RAZO, i put mine on there, to make it more easy for customers.

I never did get reimbursed.. grrrr.

The EVO and many other Car's use an M10x1.25 Shift Knods, same for the 240sx with SR or KA, RX7, Miata.

Question

-

So from all those cars with the same thread pattern, what is the best looking knob of them all? Pics?

It would be great if a lot of people would post pics of knobs that are know to fit... this thread would become our shoft knob reference thread.

Also, are there any other cars with the same thread pattern? Does the Honda/Acura stuff fit? There's tons of nice stuff for Hondas...
