I saw the thread about the curse striking again and had to post my story. You know the curse doesnt just happen when you are driving. Your car can be parked in the parking lot right in front of your apartment when a late model Ford F-150 comes flying around the corner and sandwiches your car between an Acura and a Kia. Then he doesnt stop..he just hits the gas and moves all thecars and tears my rear end damn near off. Gotta love a V-8. This happened May 28th. Not getting my car back till July 12th...damn

 

sucks......... happened to me too.....hit & run and $2900.00 out of my pocket !!!!

This is rediculous. When people do something stupid, they always gotta make it spectacular.

Ugh, only 3 more weeks until I finally have a garage to protect my RA...

 

wow...4 posts in like 10 minutes...Yes insurance..and this wsa a hit and run too...the sad thing is i saw the whole thing happen...it was like it was in slow motion. kinda scary..i ran out and he just drove off...then passed out in his truck..hate to say it but stereotypical navy guy (i am in the navy myself but damn) thank god i do cause he only had 20000 coverage...not enought to cover all three cars...mine alone is 8 grand in damage. 250 out of pocket...going to get it back though...we are all going to court and i am going to get his pay garnished to cover all expenses of all three victims...

We arent all retards just a$$ holes like him who give us a bad name...see i am in the navy too...and the funny thing is i would have been going on deployment with this guy next september...

 

After reading a few threads on the RA curse I would have to say it is real. I have had my car for less than a month and I have already almost been in 2 or 3 bad accidents, and I can honestly say they would have all been the other drivers fault. Its crazy, when I drove a lifted dodge ram I never even came close to a wreck unless I was not paying attention. Now I am on full alert of a$$holes that are not looking for a small car and I still almost get smashed like once every 2 weeks.
