Yesterday I installed new mirrors onto my RA, and couldn't figure out the best way to wire the blinkers to my blinkers on my mirrors. Should I go from the fuse box, or should I draw power straight from the blinker on the fender?? If so how to I tap into that wire??
How much power do they draw? Incadescent bulbs or LEDs? If it's LEDs and the power draw is low, you might be able to tie it in to the side blinkers without popping fuses. Otherwise you might have to find a way to tie it in to the flasher.
Actually, it looks like we don't have a flasher, but the blinking is controlled by the ECU. Here's a diagram if it helps you any.

I would tap into the side blinkers... and if you blow a fuse which I doubt ... upgrade the fuse by 5 amps... tapping into the side blinkers would be the shortest route.. and also the cleanest.... tape wrap the wire all the way from the mirrors to the splice in the blinker wires.. and also dont forget to platic tie all loose wires. Post some pics when youre done.

Here is the Install.
I didn't wire up the mirrors because I changed my mind and decided to wire it to the fender blinkers. The problem is I don't know how to get to those...any ideas?
