Stupid ABS
Stupid ABS
Ok, I know you guys may have no idea what im talking about, and i doubt you guys will be able to help me, but heres my problem: If i am making a slight RIGHT hand turn and hitting the brakes, my abs starts kicking in. Its obvious my car isnt slipping or anything, but ive recognized it after putting my tein coilovers in. Please any HELPFUL info would be great. Its not that big of a deal, its just more annoying than anything.
Oh, or look in the owners manual and see if your ABS needs adjusting. For Chevy cars, I know you put it in reverse and go about 5mph and step on the brakes coming to complete stops a few times. It adjusts the ABS. Check the lancer owners manual to see how to do it.

Double check around that area, make sure the ABS speed sensor on that front right wheel is clean and in properly. Something is telling your ABS system that wheel is sliding or locking up when it isn't.
