Could always get the stock one bored.
RRM should come out with something soon if they haven't already. I know they have bored TB's for the 02 - 05 lancer OZ, LS, ES. I know we have 4g94 and know nothing about the Mivec Ralliart.

What I actually need to know is if the ralliart engine can run on a manual throttle body instead of the drive by wire electronical system?

Yeah, you definitely dont get 8-10 hp from a throttle body, considering ours is just fine.

Thats not really what my question is about...You see I am swapping the 4G69 (ralliart) engine into a Lancer and I dont want to deal with the mess of abs and automatic throttle control (drive by wire) and I was wondering if the 63 tb or any other tb for that matter with a manual throttle body fits the intake manifold?

if you look at the ralliart engine bay, you will see that the throttle cables goes to a module, and that module actually controls the motor on top of the throttle body.. so what you can do is take the motor off the TB and see if there is a way to run the cable directly ..

my guess is that you will need some sort of part or adapter made to mate the two

What would the benefit be of having a manual (drive by cable) system?? I thought drive by wire was supposed to be better?

some people feel there is a slight delay response .. but for me i dont' really see any difference

also converting to a manual one will allow you to potentially swap in another TB from another lancer model

The drive by wire system will work w/o the ABS. You can take the abs fuse out now and all it does is dissable abs. Track guys have done this for years.

Why would you put the 2.0L engine in? Turbo???
