well apparently lemon laws in MA only apply if you're within the first 15K miles of the car.. and i'm at like 15,853 or something like that currently.. so... so much for that idea. But i'm definitely gonna be pissed if the car craps out again after this time.

alright so i got the car back two days ago.. and the problem was the fuel management pin portion of the harness that runs to the computer was defective, so the replaced that.. and they also told me my inner tie rod needed to be replaced (which was the cause for the clunking), but they're not fully sure if it's the inner tie rod alone, so they're going to fix that, and if it still have problems replace the entire steering rack. (all under warranty)
Well that's the good news... but a while back i got into an accident with 10 feet of chainlink fence, and 3 of those metal fence posts. yea well i never got that fixed because it was all cosmetic damage. So today my friend pulled out of the driveway and backed straight into my driverside (damaged side) door and smashed that one in... But we're chill about it being that we're friends and all so no worries. I'm calling his insurance soon, and i'm gonna bring it back down to my body shop and have them quote it. Well the good news is since they're fixing my door my dad decided what he wanted to hook me up with for a graduation present. And he's going ahead and fixing the rest of the damage from the fence accident...
I'll take some photo's of the car now, but since it's raining its under a car cover i took from my old car... Looks like my car's going to the body shop, then straight to mitsu for more repairs... I mean hell.. my car is in the shop 24/7 now...

Just wondering... where was your RA made? VIN decoder thingy
Mine was made in Japan, but I'm wondering if some of those more problematic RAs were made elsewhere.

No, in 2004 they were made at 4 plants in 3 countries:
1) Nagoya & Mizushima (Japan)
2) Normal, Ohio (USA)
3) Tonsley Park (Australia)

hahahaha, i'll run my VIN sometime this weekend when i get my registration out of my car...Damn... i have the lancer shop authority short shifter kit waiting to be installed, my rrm SRI intake waiting to be reinstalled, a pair of silver star headlights, yellow euro-designs fog light bulbs, and a couple other things... All this is finally here and waiting to be installed; when my car cannot be worked on. hm... i think when it's done from the body shop and the dealer i'm gonna toss a rear dash sticker saying "Back from the dead"... haha

I think this is incorrect. I would like to see a picture of any window sticker of any Lancer (Evo, ES, LS, Sportback, Ralliart, or OZ) made anywhere else but Japan.
Normal only produces Galants, Eclipse and Endeavors.
Australia only produced Diamantes.
