Speaking of Springs...

I ordered a set of B+G lowering springs that should be in next week. They will lower the RA 1.5 inches front and rear. Has anybody else used the B+G springs? Any problems? Can anyone think of potential problems. Would love your valuable input!

Not B+G, but I've got progress that lower 1.5' front & .5' rear... The ride comfort is compromised a bit... but not bad... Other than that it's all good!!! No problem on the stock shocks either!!!

I also have the Progress springs, dropped my car over an inch in the front, and stayed about the same in the rear. Might have even raised it a hair. It's all good, though, because now the car sits level.

I think .5 puts it about right 1.5 will have the rear sitting on the tire or too low to work. I think those weren't designed with the Ralliart in mind probably with the OZ. With the OZ's 15" wheels there was probably enough room to lower 1.5 in the back. I might be wrong on this I'm just guessing from what I see on B+G's website.

Adam,

I saw the same thing on their website but the dealer seemes to think that they will work. I know that the evo is excluded but they claim that the springs will work on all lancers. Maybe I'm hoping against hope but I'll know in a few days.

Clunking while turning might be cv joints or boot....I'm sure someone could probably help you further than I can just a guess...

RalliartRev they will work and fit fine just I don't know if the rears will leave enough clearance? Keep us posted anyways....

Will do, AdamRa. They should be in by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I sure hope they work!
