Wow christian, you change your mind more than anybody I know. You get something, then a month or so later you wanna sell it. Id say keep the lancer how it is, keep the subie as your daily driver (it will be better in the snow when winter comes along anyways). You'll find out that a swap is a lot more time and money than you think it is. If speed is what you are looking for, dont spend another penny on either car and save up for something you really want.
