xtianlancer04 parting out?!?! should i?

okie.. heres the thing guys.. as yall know.. i have an 04 lancer es... which is an auto.. i currently bought an earlier impreza rs... stickshift..and toyin with the idea of doin a wrx or sti swap.. if i decide to do this.. i have to sell all my lancer mods.. keep it stock.. and use it as a daily driver.. and mod the $hit out of the suby..as a awd project car.. i mean should i? or should i stay with the pimped ES and just leave the suby as it is? as yall know this yr impreza coupe(93-01) is known for swaps.. since its alot lighter then the later models.. so im pretty much torn.. basicly..to be honest.. i already sold some parts of my car.. coz i was leanin towards the swap.. wut yah guys think?!?! i know its kinda hard to let go.. but like everything else in life..we have to move on..

again....should i?!?!

or someone can slap me and be like "keep the lancer! uve done great so far!!"

UPDATE ON PAGE 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you'll have alot more fun with the suby.... nothing wrong with rolling in a stock lancer for your Daily Driver.... Plus the Scooby will be 10x faster.

I say roll with the suby. I have not one single regret about upgrading to the RA, and you'll be alot happier with a faster, better car. Don't take a killing on the parts that you have, but having your ES as a daily and the suby for a project seems like a nice way to go.

It will...definately...be tough going back to a stock ES.

Just sell the Evo interior stuff. Maybe the headers but that would mean you have to get rid of the catback too. It feels weird to go from hearing your engine to not. But good luck with everything and hope the suby works. I love those.

My kamikazes are loud as hell and I'm thinking of putting the stock muffler back on until I can afford something quieter but that would suck. Did you have problems fitting that GReddy?

I'd buy it if I had the money. But I too have an 04 with Kamikazes so I now have no cat at all because I just had a cat delete pipe welded. Did they basically just bend the hangers or reposition them? I am planning on buying the RRM cat and hopefully their axelback if I have the money.
