CARB means that the intake meets California emissions requirements. Which means if you get pulled over and you have to pop your hood, you have a CARB number for the intake a cop cant give you a ticket. Well, if he wants to be an *** he will, but you can fight it in court because the intake is CARB certified. California is a Police State!!

Hey, cool flash intro... can't wait for the complete site. How will this intake compare to other ones (Injen, AEM, K&N). Also with a name like fujita air, is this a japanese company making products for the USDM cars?
