Maybe if you switched to ES tails it wouldn't be that bad though...

Thanks for reminding me that it's really not so bad living in a state where sport compacts aren't popular. Nobody ever tries to race me, or even knows what the hell I'm driving.

Uh-oh. Somebody doesn't understand physics. The large rear wing helps reduce high-speed lift on your Evo just as it does a Lancer. It also generates a lot of drag, something the Lancer has less power to deal with but it stills makes more than enough power to pull the car down the freeway. It will hurt the Lancer's high-speed acceleration slightly but from his story, it doesn't sound like he does much of that anyways.

The real question is does any Evo get driven hard enough and fast enough to take advantage of the rear wing? My best guess: 95% do not. I would revise your statement above to read: "Posers should not drive Evolutions...it serves NO purpose besides looks and is a waste of a perfectly good sports sedan. You belong in a Saturn."

It's not the wing man... they sense your "Racer Spirit" despite your desire to not whip each and every one of them with your superior driving skill!

You the man!

^^^ lol, thank's ralliartist

Thank's for the replies people.

I don't think im going to keep it. It has nothing to do that I don't drive an evo, it's the fact the attention it gets. I like being under the radar with the ralliart spoiler, but last night was crazy. Living in so cal and the many evos running around here, u'd think an on comming car would know the difference, but since all there seeing is

A) Spoiler
B) Altezzas

They just jump to the conclusion that's its an evo, and these are the same people who call themselves car enthusiast. Cops... well, that was my biggest concern, so far so good... for now.

Maybe not that night, but he's been known to smoke a fool or two.

Do you really think im that dense? I don't/won't pull the 'evo poser' look and race everybody to Supras, STi's, Vettes, Ford GT etc. because now I have this huge CF spoiler. I know were the ralliart stands on the food chain. As bad as it was light night, non of those cars made me race, which is what there was trying to do.
