Install High Wing... Worse Night Ever...
Tonight, I went to rigo's (lookslikeanevo) place to install the OEM evo8 spoiler. I traded him my ralliart spoiler + cash for it, and probably got thee best deal you could get on the OEM spoiler, 
. We ran into a few problems on the install, we lost the bolt in the trunk 3x, so we had to take off the trunk and shake it out. After about a 2hour install, we finish 
Now here is the bad. Having the spoiler attracts attention and I was aware of that, I wasn't aware that it would be this bad. I didn't race or try to start anything with any of these cars, I just wanted to get home, I was very tired. So let's start the list as these started on the freeway (10E for all you so cal people)...
1st. Civic Si - Dude paced me from behind for about 5miles, got next to me and paced again, I changed lanes to get away from him
2nd. Integra GS - Don't know what he was thinking, but he did a few pulls and revvs, annoyed me, but I slow down and got in the far right lane.
3rd. RSX-s - He caught up to me and road next to me for about 10-15secs, than he haul away, slow down and waited for me. So I change lanes and he change lanes to and got behind me, I speed up and got into far right lane and drove 65, he finally left me alone
4th. G35 Sedan - Wow, the idiot award. This guy follow me as I change lanes back and forth, as I was trying to get away from him. When I slow down, he slow down. If I speed up, he speed up. He would get next to me and ride for about 5secs and blast off and he did 2x. Made me wish I was drivng the G, because I felt small.
5th. STi - I was in the far right lane w/ the cruise on at 62mph (trying to stay out of mivec) and I saw these HIDS from behind rush my ***... seriously, RUSH! At the last second he turned and pass me. He got about 3cars ahead and slow down for me. As I got next to him... he took off.
Finally I exist the freeway and got on the street. I stop for gas and some chips. I ran into a...
1. M3 - White Pearl, Beautiful, Mean Exhaust Note... WORST ******* EVER!!! I pulled next to him and prepare for the worst, so I roll up my windows. He WOT purposely and I just drove slow. He ran a red (wow, your cool now) and I stop.
2. Chevelle SS - I think that's what it was, at that stop he pulled up and REVV and wow, did my car shrink. It was cross color black/gold and partially lifted. When the light turned green HE TOOK OFF!
3. WS6 and Neon (non SRT4) - Left the gas station and these 2 felt the need to mess with me. The WS6 was the worst, this guy was on my bumper so close and he kept switch lanes to get next to me. When he did, he would revv at me or honk at me, he was acting so childish, I had to flip him off. The neon was just being a jerk, he ran 2 red lights and than slow down to wait for me. We get to a light and he revvving yelling "american muscle", WTF...
. Im thinking this WS6 right here is the only american muscle here.
4. Civic EX- Gets behind me and high beams me, changes lanes, gets infront of me and slow down in which I almost hit him. He than changes lanes and as I get close to him, he revvs at me. So i change lanes and he takes off.
5. That dam M3 again - I was about 10mins away from my house, when I saw that M3 at a gas station pulling out and making a turn. I slow down as I got behind him waiting at a light. There was traffic ahead so i got around it and he took it as me getting away from him on purpose.... WRONG. ******* road my bumper again, WTF and kept beaming me with those HIDS! Than he gets next me and WOT off to the moon. I hope his wife is cheating on him w/ the gardner 
To much attention for one night. It's not even the fact that I don't own an evo ( even if I was in a evo, I still wouldn't have paid "any" of these guys attention) it's the fact that I have no attention of racing, and I just wanted to go home. They see a big wing, altezzas and go... OH EVO! They fail to miss the"lancer" and "RALLIART" badge aswell. No high wing for me and hopefully rigo will understand and let me have my spoiler + cash back. After having it on my car for all of 4hours, I don't like it... granted it looks good on the car, but the attention makes the wing look out of place. For the record I have not got any negative attention in the g35, NOT ONE!!!

hey arithmetic.. hahah that's crazy! i can't believe that so many cars revved on your *** and even more amazing that you recalled each and every car lol. who really cares about the attention though so long as you enjoy the aesthetic beauty of your car and wing. at least you didnt get harassed by the crown vic skunks hehe

Now your car not only attracts unwanted attention, it's slower because of the additional drag that thing creates. Putting a big wing on a car like that is like a little guy walking around with a big chip on his shoulder daring people to knock it off. People just just want to smack him and put him in his place. That's why sleepers are so much better.
And people wonder why all these crappy cars post Evo kill stories. Granted, you didn't race any of them...but the first time you do and lose badly there will be another "I beat an Evo!!!!" posted everywhere. Non-evolutions should not put evolution wings on their cars...it serves NO purpose besides looks and actually makes your car slower by adding more drag for your FWD car.

Yeah, Arithmetic you should keep it man... the hell with those f*ckers! I'm sure your car looks good with the wing. Just put a sticker that says "No, it's not an EVO"... or "You race ahead, I'll catch up later".
