My RA saved my life...

I'm drivin' down a back road type ordeal. 2 Normal size lanes... With A huge F-350 in front pullin' a trailor. When i 2 deer run out in front and the truck locks its wheels up. I didn't even have time to hit my brakes but... i ripped the wheel all the way left, half way around down shifted to second and slammed on it. Complete 180. to a rolling stop. Sometimes im happy we have such a ****ty sway bar.

Damn, you deserve some serious credit for pulling such a maneuver on no notice. Sure, some people can probably do so under ideal circumstances while planning it out and thinking about and all, but job well done man. Not only were you lucky that the car spun directly backwards but that nobody else was coming, either towards you or behind you. In that situation I would most likely use my ABS and EBD, who knows what would have happened. Oh and what ended up happening to the domestic?

Glad you're OK man. It's nice your car came out OK too. Bet it shook you up pretty bad though. Must have been an interesting rest of a ride home.

Sounds like you did some quick thinking! Glad to hear you're ok! So... how was the deer after all this? Did the truck hit it?

yeah my car saved my life a couple of times. 180, 360, rollover(yes the car roll over), stop signs yield signs, even 90 mph on a 20mph ramp.... My car took a beating but could've been worse.... I love my car. Too bad I don't have enough money to say thanks to it ; ;

He didn't end up hittin' the deers... My car is fine, my tires to quite a beating... being 100degrees outside doing about 45 and power sliding.. I dont really know how i possibly reacted that fast...Someone wants me here If i didnt i prob would be dead, it was 45-0 instantly. The trailor woulda decapitated me...

Nice move. Upgrade your sway bar, and next time I bet you can make it a full 360.

Man, good thing you're ok, I've seen some pretty nasty accidents as a result of deer/moose running out on the highway. Count yourself lucky
