Sound System

Hey everyone got a question, My RA has the Infinity sound package. I am going to have a new head unit put in it, but I was told I have to put all new speakers, re-wire... is this true. They say the sound quality will drop, and if I just want the speakers to stay it will only run the front two speakers.

www.soundgate.com provides an adapter in which you can wire a new HU into the S&S package.

i have only had my head unit replaced and it acually sounds better than stock, you have to adjust the system to get the sub to sound good. the sub is on the same channel as everything else and not seperate. I like the upgrade with stock speakers.

Never speak to whomever told you that ever again. Not a single bit of that is correct information. The Soundgate adapter, listed above, will let you use an aftermarket headunit with the stock amp and speakers, no problems, and sound quality will improve.
