I had the B&M on my OZ an I loved it. prior to that I had a different one. I can't even remember whose it was but once I put in the B&M I could feel a difference in the way it shifted. B&M all the way. That's what I'm gettin on my evo

I have the Authority setup, too. Feels great and it's about the best price out there. Most shortshifters should feel about the same, the only difference being how much they reduce throw by.

I have the authority and I'm gonna have to stand by that one. It definately can't be beat for the price.

OK,
I think I'm the only one that I've seen with the B&M adjustable shifter. I can adjust from 25% to 50% reduction. THis kit comes with aluminum bushings for the base as well. I has a huge counter weight also. Only thing is that its not cheap. Its the most expensive one out there. Its the only Short shifter that reduces the throw by almost 50%. The height of the shifter only comes down by about 1 inch. The throws are sick fast. IF you want to visualise..take your wallet out of your pants and look at it. The distance the shifter moves from 1st all the way to reverse will stay within you wallets size. I don't think any other Short Shifter can claim this.

B&M precision shifter all the way. (I posted the model# a long time ago..I can't remember what it is)

I have Works 15% with Works knob and Kartboy underbase + linkage bushings, and really like my setup! I thought the 30% might be too stiff, but others have it and have no complaints... so maybe that one?
