Oh and by the way the motor i'm using is a Electric tilt steering that is used in a Bimmer, so this was a "Freebie" and it should work fairly well since it moves slow and doesent have a big turning radius, should be bang on for the amount of tilt that i want to achive. About 10 to 15deg should fine.
I'd give you that it dosen't hurt to have a little downforce on the rear of the car but the Evo wing as it is is already providing more than enough downforce. I just don't see the point to this mod. Seems like alot of work to make something that is already sufficient, overkill. Its a good idea, but the wrong car to do it on.

It works at all speeds above 40 mph, you can feel it.
This isn't a new idea, manufacturers have been making electronically adjustible spoilers for a while. For those of us drag racing, this is a very nice add on to reduce brake usage for the masses, it is a cool looking feature and will help slow you down at highway speeds.

so did you decide to do it manually or at a certain speed. manual would be better because the wind speeds change and you may want it before 80 km/h. I think it would be awesome, wether you need it really or not. cant wait for results.

Ok well guys it's complet, after 12hours of work and testing, i finnally got this thing working, it works really well, and is very stable on the highway, i promissed some pictures and i will post some a.s.a.p., my home comp is down, but will be back up very soon. So this will be the first electrically controlled Evo 7 wing that i know of, and can tilt to any desired angle. I'll be posting pictures very soon, in a day or so.
