Bakin' My Lights!

I just finished taking all the amber out of one of the headlights, about to do the second one. Wasn't really that hard, took 10 mins to get the bumper off, didn't know the airbag sensors looked like a cylinder. And now my signal lighht is white in front. I like it so far but we will see when the bumper is back on!

Done the second one, had to put the first back in the oven to snug the fit better, too much of a gap between the fender and the headlight, but now its perfect, waiting for it to cool off right now so I can put the bumper back on.

Oh and btw, they look kick ***! Am thinking of getting the lights painted metallic silver to match the rest of my car when I get my body kit painted. I think that would look sweet, of course there would still be chrome because you can't take it all away if you want your lights to work heh.

My dad's camera is with someone that works for him right now, but will get pics as soon as I can. put the bumper back on, hood down, looks nice without amber lemme tell ya. I just threw em in the oven on a cookie sheet with a damp cloth underneath at 250 F for 6 minutes, then used a knife to get started and then a lil good ol elbow grease to pry open the rest, I started at a corner. Make sure you bend all the plastic clips back when you do that so they don't get caught. Anyway I have to be up for school in 6 hours, so I'm out till tomorrow, maybe I will get pics.
