Need opinion on trading in RA

If it's a real lemon....like constant problems here and there, then that would suck. If it was just a case of it was hit and put back together, I wouldn't be afraid of it. But you'd have to make damn sure to spend good time with the car and stipulate that you get to have anything fixed that wasn't done properly to begin with...ie: misaligned parts. Otherwise, if the powertrain is good, then I would imagine it would be decent.

But this is only if they're selling it for a damned good price. If it's a steal, then maybe you should jump on it? That's the major decision. If it's only marginally more for one that's not been in an accident, just wait till you can afford the few extra thousand.

i think that if you even find a car and can tell that is hadn't been maintained...its just a money pit. Me and my dad went shopping for another car to fix up and we pretty much jacked everyone of them up and spent at least about 3 hrs. checking them out.
