looking to trader es tails for ralliart tails

k thanks. i wasnt entirely sure but just for times sake. i swore i thought i heard someone on here say they had evo 8 tails on their oz and i was like huhhh? ha.
so this never has been answered. Why don't the 02 OZ tails fit the 04 RA. They are exactly the same shape, same wireing harness. Is it as simple as drilling a new hole? Today when i get home from school I'll put this myth to the test.

i went to my dealership and talked to the big big manager and he let me trade myne for the es for free. did it right there in the back.

a friend and i already tried this... i had an 02 es... he had 04 ralliart... i had some tyc altezzas or something from the dealer and he liked and i liked the ralliart ones... they don't fit... like ^ said they are slightly different ...
