Who's got the Fastest Non-evo Lancer?

Now that alot of people jumped on the group buy, theres a growing amountof turbo charged lancers out there. With the mivec having so much extra tq and hp than the es and oz, the turbo's ralliarts would be a contender for a stock evo, but the turbo'd es probly wouldnt stand a chance.

Well heres my question. Who do you guys think has the fastest Non-evo lancer in the USA? or on the east coast?

With my RRM turbo, clutch, flywheel, pulley, intake manifold and cat-back. i think i might have the fastest lancer on the east coast... am i wrong? im trying to find out, i want to have some serious bragging rights lol.

Did you have the clutch/flywheel installed before the turbo or after? Where did you take your car for the install, and how much?

I'll probably go this route after my turbo is installed, but I was curious if you could tell any difference with them on? More specifically if the engine would wind up faster with the flywheel. Also how well that clutch holds?

The fastest Ralliarts in the US are probably all down in Puerto Rico. As far as continental US, I don't know of any that have passed 300whp yet, but, I'm sure there are plenty of high-powered RAs that aren't on these forums.

Well let's see some time slips, who cares about how many mods you have, you might be a terrible driver. You want bragging rights, youve gotta earn them.

Forgot to mention, you should go check the base Lancer forums. There's at least 1 300+ hp 4G94.

I think we need a better definition of "fast". Fast is always driver dependent. Although my HP isn't that great, I am a fast driver. A crapload of HP is no good when matched with a crappy driver.
We can all have dyno queens and boast big numbers, but what does that really mean? Just a baseline of expectation for me.

And everyone is asking for timeslips. Well, the car is only as fast as the driver is good. So what is the point of seeing a time slip to constitute if the car is fast? The time slip only tells me how good the driver is.

I am sure Ralliart on LSD's car is fast....I can see what mods he has and can imagine (I have a memory of different HP cars that I have driven, which is more than you know) how "fast" it can be......but I would rather see it on a road course than at a 1/4 mile dragstrip.

That is what I like to hear! PR has some fastest Lancers, our drag car is in the 12s ans we are getting ready to go 11s. Reagrdless. RA with turbo kit is owesome. Really just need some traction now!

Because they're all crazy and spend every dime on their cars.

Or maybe there's no women over there to tell them to quit playing with their toys.
