sounds from back window/speaker deck

Okay so when I am driving no radio on ... i here what sounds like styrofoam on styrofoam or maybe a midget crumbling bubble wrap or something... anyone else have this problem and might know what it is... ive had speaker feedback before but it doesn't sound like that at all... only really does it when i go over rough spots in the road..??

ps - probably not a midget i've looked...

I get the same little squeaks and stuff too. I was wondering if it had to do with the center seatbelt winder or something. Hope we find the answer and a quick remedy.

Yeah , same here...I've been hearing little noises from that area since about a month after buying my car...Didn't think much of it, but if there's a fix for it i'd like to hear it...

Yeah, sounds like the ol' rear control arm problem.

Open the trunk and stand in it. Start bouncing the car, if you hear squeaky noise, usually when it is cold out. It is the passenger side rear control arm bushing doing it. The bushing is under warranty, better get it replaced before the warranty expired.

hey i don't know if i'm talkin about the same spot or not.....??? is the sound coming from in between the rear window and the rear speaker platform? if so, you can get some window foam sealant (NOT that spray foam in a can)it comes in rolls at any hardware store and put it in between the window and the platform ...it will be easier to install if you remove the platform by removing the screws on the inside of the trunk...............if this isn't helping you or this is not the place where you hear the noise -----the immigration problem might of hit you and there might be a few illegals in your trunk
