you dont have enough posts, so hang around the forum and prove that you're actually worthy.

Its the rule so it prevents people from being scammed by some random that just popped in and posted stuff for sale.

doesn't mean that the person has to be a post ***** to get more posts so they can sell....the system should be where the post gets rated and based on the rating by the members{usefull posts}.
