Winged Warrior Results --- The Ralliart held it's own!
Well Winged Warrior 2 is in the books, and we all had a great time. They are finally done compiling the results, and the Ralliart can hold it's own on the autocross and slalom course against some "big boys"! Check the lineups here: www.wingedwarrior.net
Winged Warrior is a charity challenge event that this year included a large autocross, 700 ft. slalom (at the end of the autocross), skidpad (100ft. diameter), 1/4 mile trap speed and 60 ft. time.
There were 88 total competitors, and it was set up in USA vs Import format, with the best team taking the win. Imports of course took the whole thing, with a pro driver (Jon Krolewicz) in the AMS Evo taking the grand champion prize (well deserved). Buschur Racing was there too, and had a pretty good showing.
RRM was there......well not really, I was there repping RRM
.
-Autocross was my best event, taking 38th overall (out of 88), 27th on the import side. I was really focused on this event considering the type of cars that were in this field. Included autocross kills: (Viper, 7 Mustangs, 2 SRT4's, Corvette, 2 Evo's, 300z, Honda S2000, Supra, BMW M3, 2 240sx's, and Otter!
)
-Slalom I came in 40th overall, 23rd on import. Slalom was at the end of the autox course.
-Skidpad 47th overall (booo....I got tired and dizzy...plus it was on blacktop).
-60ft. time was 2.239, good for 14th on Import side
-Trap speed was 89.44
I didn't expect to do well at the drags....that was my first time on a drag track, and I don't have a car set up for drag racing.
I attached the final standings with some notes on there noting national drivers and some guys that frequent EvoM (Otter, Zlancerman, DrBump....there are others but I don't know them).
I will post some pics and an in car video of my best run later tonight!

Just kiddin'----any time you want a ride, come to an Indy SCCA event.
Hook me up with the coilovers and you get to co-drive!

These were taken by the official photographer that was hired for the event. He has hundreds more to process.
