My RalliArt Logo
Hey there. I cant really sell in thread. But I can say that feasibly 2 window banners wouldn't be that expensive and would definitely denote a quantity discount. I switch mine out every year so they look absolutely fresh. Its easy to do. BTW, the rear window banner is made out of the same thing as Dan's turn signal badges. I can say this, next to layering vinyl ontop of itself, resin foils baked into vinyl are the most solid long lasting graphics you can buy. Its done on 2 mil cast vinyl which is the long lasting expensive kind that wont shrink up and leave that dirt halo around it like cheaper vinyls. All reds and yellows, especially flourescents will fade over time. I can remake them with a UV resistant overlaminate to help them last longer but that does get more expensive. Dan is right, I can do custom stuff as well. Pretty much anything I want. I might design some new ralliart stuff for this year and get your guy's opinions on it.
BTW, I think they used a calendared vinyl on your red the way its shrinking up. I'm not positive until I see it in person but unlike cast vinyl which is melted into shape, calendared vinyl is beaten into shape so it has a tendancy to shrink and leave adhesive in the area where it once was. That stuff has no business being on your car.

I say replace it if they offer it for free, otherwise go with Shirboi's products... he sells good stuff.
Btw Shiroboi I'm sure if you add some new products this year they'll continue to sell well.

I had it taken off yesterday. I didn't get it replaced, but he said if I ever want anything to stop buy because he owes me one. I asked about the baked stuff that Shiroboi sells and he said it's not worth it because it fades really quick in the sunlight. Especially the orange and red in the logo. Any consumer reviews? Cause I don't trust someone thats trying to make money.
He couldn't explain to me why the silver looked so bad, he said it shouldn't have happened, they called their supplier to complain, but hadn't heard back from them yet. As for the red he said they only had one bad roll. but the manufacturer had lost several million dollars replacing that same lot accross the country.
On the plus side, my window tint faded around the logo that was on there, so now I've got this neat ghost logo back there.

I know I'm selling them, but to my knowledge, I'm the only one here who's had my type of product on their car for over a year now. I didn't take the pictures in my thread when I put them on. The picture you posted at the top of the thread was taken after it had been on my car for months, possibly a year (I forgot exactly when I put that one on). You can see, it hasn't faded much, so the other sign shop probably isn't very familiar with that product. The only foil issue I've had to date was with the Red Chrome foil fading. The standard red should be good for years. I've road tested these stickers for close to 2 years now and none have faded significantly. I'd gaurantee it for a year or more.

according to paypal I payed for mine Oct 23, 2005, and they haven't faded from what I can tell. They are beneath my turn signals, see my avatar? Not in direct sunlight, but still hit by UV rays all day. They are as stuck on there as the day I put them there, maybe more so. Very good product. I don't think I gave your user name props on here either, shiroboi, I will do that today.
