The last '05 ralliart in California was sold on Saturday and it wasn't to me.. I found 2 more in the whole US of A and guess what?? I can buy them but I can't legally register them in California because they won't meet emission requirements ( some "emission" requirements.. Its called, California tells the Auto Manufacturers to pay up for each car it brings into the state for " emissions" certification. nevermind that the cars actually MEET the tailpipe emissions.

I have the money I negotiated a good deal and its the car I want. So why the hell am I not allowed to buy it???? *^I%&##@!@

Someone PLEASE tell me how I can get around this.. If the car had 7500 miles on it, it would be no problem ( no, please do not tell me to buy it and then drive around for 7500 miles)

Could my mother buy it, have me actually drive it and then when it hits 7500 miles, "sell" it to me?

Any help would be appreciated.

ok not really helping here... I like the '05's plus I can get a really good deal on a new car. I like the old grill and the interior as well. The new styling just leaves me cold.
