Sorry, no offense meant, but those Camaro's are without a doubt the biggest pile of garbage made.

Even with some mods on either car:

400 hp / 5.7 = 70.1 hp per liter

200 hp / 2.4 = 83.33_ hp per liter

Still better!

no torque numbers?

i just drove a 98 z28 with an automatic, pulled 0-100 faster than the ralliart can get to 80. and thats an automatic. if driven nicely i can get just as good gas milege in the f-body as i do in the RA. i feel like i have to jump on it wherever i go in the RA and in the f-body it just feels like it wants to go. plus its wayyy more comfy inside for me, im 6'5 300lbs

Never. Unless you only drive on the freeway with no traffic and you always go 70mph. I'm averaging 27mpg on the RA. You will never be able to touch that in a Camaro unless you're driving downhill in neutral.

How the hell do you get 16mpg city and 22mpg hwy? Do you drive in 4th gear at 70mph or something?

I would rather see him in an SRT-4.

No torque numbers? Whats the point? I don't care to argue f-body with you. I get plenty of that $hit here in Michigan already.

Your cruising speed isnt that important when you're calculating mileage, it's how you get up to 75MPH and judging from your other comments you probably try to get up to speed as fast as possible, that's why you have bad mileage, and if you keep driving that way it will only get worse in a camaro.

And to hit on a comment you made earlier about your RA having transmission problems that werent your fault, i remember you posting that you were going in reverse, then slammed it into gear to go forward and you blew the tranny, so it was your fault.

Edit: Here is a quote from you.

noone cares about hp/liter except the slow cars just so they can stick something in the face of the faster car because they can't keep up...

I love the fact that RA owners bag on neons. Hey McFly, base lancers aren't anything special either...and your RA's are just polished up Lancers.

the SRT-4 is the fastest most powerful FWD on the market straight off the dealership floor. you can't argue that. and the mopar kits make it that much easier to mod the sob's.

I used to have an SRT-4 before I got my Evo. Yes, I eventually got sick of torque steer, wheel hop, and no traction. But other than that, I had so much fun in the car. The uneducated folk saw a Neon and that was it.

"Just a Neon pile of sh*t"

yep one that could run circles around your precious RA's, but go ahead and say they're ugly, that's a purely subjective opinion.

you can't argue with fact. the SRT-4 Neon is the fastest/most powerful FWD. can't fault a guy for wanting to own one.

There lies your problem. The reason why you feel like it has no pickup is because of your weight. Im almost half the weight you are and the ralliart has great pickup one tap of the gas and she scoots. Enough of this american talk, go get your late 90's fbody. Ill tell you one thing, you will never get better gas in that car compare to the ralliart, no matter how sane a driver you are. If im more sane in my ralliart, I will get waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better gas than you, period.

i agree on part with most of your comments, don't bag on a car for what it is, but for the drivers that represent it.

but i want to correct the statement ^ above for the most powerful FWD car out there with the Saab 9-3 Viggen. which was FWD and 250hp from the factory.
