Help Me Decide
So far the pressure plate looks brank new. The metal where the bolts go through don't tell you anything, especially on the back side where it's not powder coated. The surface where the clutch disc makes contact with the pressure plate is what counts. The small piece I see from the picture is brand new to me. Your stuff is good.

looks like it was sitting in a damp warehouse and the metal surface had slight sufrace rust, but the surface that the clutch rides on looks new, i say new clutch that was just hanging around. safe to install
This is the pressur eplate i got from RRM, just want to kwno if i should get a new one or will this be okay to install, I dont need to get everythign installed and then have somethign go wrong. I aint that rich

I don't. The ends of the fingers look different, yes, but I don't see the tell-tale sharp circle scored into them. Lemme dig through my old pictures for a bit, and I'll show you all what I'm talking about.
Okay, I don't seem to have any pics of the fingers on a used pressure plate, only the friction surface side. So I google image searched to find what I needed.
Here's a pic showing the TOB circle scored into the fingers of a used pressure plate:

Again, I believe it's a new pressure plate, just a bit dirty and scuffed.
