Fuel Injector/Regulator

Hey guys,

What's the purpose of having a Fuel Injector/Regulator? Like a specific description of its purpose..

Help much appreciated.

to regulate the amount of fuel being injected so you don't mess up your engine... Name is almost self explanatory

A fuel pressure regulator does just that. Aftermarket ones are adjustable, so you can change the flow for your setup, such as if you have bigger injectors. On the RA, in order to install an adjustable regulator, you must convert to a return type fuel system, which isn't too hard.

Fuel injectors are what spray fuel into the intake manifold. Upgrading those allows you to spray more fuel for engine setups that need more fuel to keep from leaning out (turbo, for example)
